I’m approaching the age of 30. It’s time to think about the unthinkable: the ideal way to prevent wrinkles. I know that wrinkles are not 100% preventable. They will start to appear, but I’m interested in knowing the best way to put off wrinkles for as long as possible and why use a neck cream.
Oils
The trick to skincare will be hydration. Keep your face sterilized and you will put off wrinkles for no less than a week. An excellent method to moisturize is to use pure oils, independently or blended. I’ve written a few articles about the many, many benefits of this great oil for skin and hair. Not surprisingly, it is also a wonderful ally against wrinkles.
Jojoba Oil
Jojoba oil is another miracle of character. Even though it’s considered more of a wax than a real oil, don’t let that stop you from using it in your fight against wrinkles. Because that means no wrinkles. Before using coconut oil, test how your skin reacts by using it on a small area right away.
Coconut Oil
Keep in mind that you shouldn’t ingest coconut oil or use it in your eyes, as it can cause mild to severe irritation. So don’t take that risk. And don’t hesitate to use coconut oil if your skin is affected. Jojoba oil reduces excessive sebum production, so no more dirt all over your face, and it can help reduce acne.
Egg Whites
Egg whites are a super quick treatment for wrinkles that could do the job right away. The main reason why this strategy works so quickly is that egg whites are incredibly similar to hydration. This usually means that egg whites can do the same thing as hydration, but their effects will likely last for a very short period.
Lemon
Who would have thought that lemon could be so good for healthy, youthful, and firm skin! It ends up containing a lot of properties that help your skin stay wrinkle-free. Lemon is so good that it might even help your hair, but that’s another story you’ll find here. One of the best anti-inflammatory properties of lemon is its abundance of alpha-hydroxy acids. These are a group of acids that remove old layers of skin and shed dead skin cells. This helps reduce wrinkles, especially around the eye area. Other foods rich in alpha-lipoic acids include milk, sugar, pineapple, vinegar, and tomatoes.
Water
Fluids keep your skin hydrated and protected. However, be careful about the types of fluids you consume. Some liquids, such as coffee and soda, can do the opposite and deprive your entire body and skin of essential fluids. To prevent this, avoid alcohol, coffee, and sweet drinks. Drink plenty of water.
